Swedish Massage:

A relaxing Swedish massage consists of a series of long flowing strokes & relieves stress,(a leading cause of most illness & disease), promotes a deeper sense of relaxation & improves circulation.

Joint Range of motion and flexibility are improved with regular Massage treatments. Massage can reduce many common ailments such as stress & anxiety(key issues that can lead to serious health issues), muscle tightness, aches & pains, diminishes chronic pain - even depression.

Never before has massage been so beneficial as in these high stress times. Regular massage not only relaxes you but massage also improves immunity by up to 27%, Massage improves circulation through the Lymphatic system which distributes illness fighting T-cells to infection sites, and brings dorment cells with in the body back into circulation. Regular massage treatments also reduce tension & migraine headaches (frequency & duration).

Deep Tissue Massage:

This is Therapeutic massage with deeper muscle work to relieve pain. With deep tissue massage the goal is to access the deepest layers of muscle and encourage the contracted deeper muscles to relax which will encourage better lymph and blood flow.

Deep Tissue Massage feels good to chronic pain sufferers because it releases endorphins, which are natural painkillers for the body.

Therapeutic Massage:

While all styles of massage therapy is therapeutic, a regular therapeutic massage consists of a combination of Swedish & Deep Tissue techniques while also incorporating other modalities as needed depending on the specific condition of each individual.

Therapeutic Massage relieves aches and pain and strengthens immunity.
